Custom Apparel FAQs

Is there a minimum order?

There’s no minimum quantity — we just ask that your order total meet or exceed $30. Some promotional products may carry their own minimums depending on the item.

How long does a custom order take?

Turnaround depends on the decoration method: DTF transfers ship in 3–5 business days, DTF printing in 5–10 business days, embroidery in 10–14 business days, and sublimation in 10–15 business days. Need it faster? Rush service is available for an added fee based on how quickly you need it.

What’s the difference between embroidery, screen printing, DTF, and sublimation?

Embroidery gives a polished, durable finish best for polos, hats, and outerwear. Screen printing is a cost-effective choice for higher-volume t-shirt orders. DTF (direct-to-film) transfers work well for detailed, full-color designs on a variety of fabrics. Sublimation is ideal for all-over prints on performance wear. Do you work with businesses, schools, and teams differently?

The process is the same either way — you tell us what you need, we help you design it, and we handle production. But we do have dedicated guidance for company apparel, school spirit wear, and team uniforms if you want to see examples specific to your group.

Do you offer online ordering stores?

Yes. We build dedicated online stores for businesses, schools, and teams — everyone shops and pays directly, and we handle production and fulfillment. Stores can run year-round or close on a set date, and options like real-time fundraising tracking and direct-to-athlete shipping are available depending on your group’s needs.
