Satin
Embroidery

Clean and classic stitch perfect for borders, logos with sharp details, and small text like names and initials.

Tatami
Embroidery

Lays thread in rows for a consistent, full coverage, textured design on larger surfaces that won’t bunch or fade.

3D Puff Embroidery

Why Thread Over Ink?

For designs that need to look sharp, feel professional, and stand the test of time—embroidery does what ink can’t.

Built to Last

Custom embroidery keeps its vibrant colors and high-quality feel after multiple washes.

Professional Look & Feel

Embroidery gives your gear a clean, dimensional finish that looks premium because it is premium.

Multiple Design Options

Choose from a wide variety of thread colors and stitching types, with options for color gradients and more.

Works on Heavy-Duty Items

Printing struggles on thick fabrics like jackets, hats, and backpacks. Embroidery? It’s made for tougher textures.

Adds Texture & Depth

3D embroidery has a unique tactile feel that makes your custom clothing and gear literally stand out from the fabric.

Great for Simple Designs

Best for logos, lettering, and bold graphics that need to be seen and remembered. Not for photo-realistic images or fine details.

Your Embroidery Questions, Answered

Is there a minimum quantity on embroidery orders?

There is no minimum quantity for custom embroidery services, but your order must be at least $30!

How much does custom embroidery cost?

Our custom embroidery prices will depend on stitch count, design placement, type of custom apparel you choose, and the quantity. As soon as you create your design, we can give you a custom quote that’s good for two weeks.

How long does does custom embroidery take?

Turnaround times are typically 10-14 business days, but rush service is available at an additional charge to have your order ready in as little as 4-5 business days.

What file types do you accept for embroidery?

We require a DST or EMB file for embroidery. Don’t have one in that format? No problem. We’ll create one for you. Just send us your PNG, PDF, or vectorized logo and we’ll digitize it.

What machines and thread brands do you use?

We have a 6 Head SWF Machine and a single head SWF Machine. We use Glide for the thread brand.

How many thread colors can you run at once?

Our machine has the option of 15 different colors that you could run at once.

What is the maximum size for an embroidery field?

12 inches is the max, but certain garments may not be able to reach that max width.

How do you match metallic or variegated thread effects?

Glide has a few options to achieve that metallic look. We’ll do our best to color match—and we’ll always get your approval before sending the design to production.

Can you add custom numbering or names to team jerseys?

Yes, we can absolutely personalize team jerseys or other custom apparel. We use twill fabric to embroider numbers and names on jerseys, but it does take us a bit more time, so please allow a couple extra days for this service.

How do I care for my embroidered shirt or apparel?

Wash embroidered apparel inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang it to dry, and avoid harsh detergents when washing. Your embroidery threads will not bleed or fade over time, but “spider webbing” may occur as a result of normal wear and tear.
